Dr. Jeffrey McMillan grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco in 1996 and his DDS degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee in 2005.
It wasn't long before he decided he wanted to specialize in smiles. So he went on to get his Certificate of Orthodontics with a residency at the University of Southern Nevada in 2011. He decided to get his MBA while there as well!
Dr. McMillan is active in the field of orthodontics. He attends numerous continuing education courses and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Southern Association of Orthodontists, and Academy of Sports Dentistry.
Dr. McMillan brings his compassion, enthusiasm and expertise to the Smile Straight Orthodontics Team. He enjoys seeing the new and familiar faces of patients and families at Smile Straight Orthodontics!
Favorite Flick: Blade Runner. The original of course.
Spare Time: It is not surprising Dr. McMillan went into dentistry, in his spare time he likes to engage in hobbies where he can use his hands.
Fav Food: Dr. McMillan loves Vietnamese food, especially Pho soup.
Clora Evans, DMD
Clora Evans, DMD - Orthodontist
Dr. Clora Evans grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. She went on to attend Tougaloo College in Jackson where she earned a degree in Sociology.
With her degree in hand, she knew she wanted to help people and decided dentistry was a great way to make a difference. She attended the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry where she graduated as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry.
She went on to complete her orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics.
Dr. Evans has an impressive record receiving numerous awards and recognitions. Her accolades include the 2020-2021 Doctor Nathaniel Glover Leadership & Professionalism Scholarship, 2018 Brian D. Stone Memorial Award, 2018 Mississippi Dental Society Award, and 2018 J. Julius Ratliff Award of the MS Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Evans is active in the field of orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and the National Dental Association.
What she enjoys most about being an orthodontist is giving her patients increased confidence by providing a beautiful smile they are proud of.
Favorite Restaurant: Local and family owned restaurants are always the best. She is always looking for recommendations.
